1. Who we are

This website is operated for Clean Getaway Car Wash & Detail Center (“Clean Getaway,” “we,” “us”), located at 3201 E. Broad Street, Mansfield, TX 76063. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. This site is informational

The site describes the washes, full-service washes, detailing, hours, and offers available at our location. Nothing on the site is a binding offer. Prices, hours, services, and promotions are set at the wash and can change without notice — the menu and policies posted at our location control if they differ from anything shown here. Holiday and weather-related hours may differ; call 817-453-3300 to confirm.

3. The 7-Day Clean Car Guarantee

If your car’s exterior gets dirty within 7 days of a qualifying wash, bring your receipt and we’ll re-wash the exterior free. The complimentary re-wash is the Wax, Wheels & Tires exterior wash regardless of which wash was originally purchased. The guarantee covers the exterior wash only (including the exterior portion of full-service washes). Full terms, qualifying washes, and any exclusions are posted at the register and control over this summary.

4. Rewards cards, wash cards & coupon books

Offers described on the Ways to Save page are summaries. The terms printed on the card or book you purchase, and the policies posted at the register, are the complete and controlling terms.

5. Our content

The text, photographs, illustrations (including the property map), and logos on this site belong to Clean Getaway or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party services such as Google Maps for directions and embeds a Google map on the Visit page. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we don’t control.

7. No warranties; limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate but don’t warrant that every price, hour, or description is current or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clean Getaway is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the website itself. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Texas law regarding services performed on your vehicle at our location.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Tarrant County, Texas.
